New School: We have exciting news to announce regarding the Primrose School! For those that don’t know Primrose Schools® is a national system of accredited private preschools that provides a premier early education and child care experience for children and families. They have selected Sterling Ranch to be one of their locations and we are excited to announce that construction on the new school will begin soon. The school will be located on the west end of the Sterling Center parking lot.

It’s Messy Out There: If you haven’t already noticed there is a lot of concrete work going on that has many of our roads hard to navigate. It is messy, however, the work is necessary to fulfill the warranty obligations of the vendor who put in the sidewalks and curbs. We will be sending notifications to those homeowners most directly affected, ahead of the work being done. In the meantime, stay alert when driving through the community.

Landscape Clean-up Completed: Shout out to BrightView Landscape who just completed the landscape cleanup work in our parks, right of ways, and medians. Cutting down the tall grasses and mowing the native grasses throughout the community makes everything look nice and kept! Looking Good Sterling Ranch!
