The Virtual Festival
West Town Chamber of Commerce’s signature summer festival, West Fest Chicago, is returning virtually this year! From July 15 to 22, Virtual West Fest Chicago will feature week-long special promotions from West Town’s small businesses and two nights of live streaming music and DJ mixes. Similar to the street festival, there is a suggested donation of $10 to tune in, if you're able.

The Music
Featuring rising artists programmed by Empty Bottle Presents and Chicago House DJs, the music fest will take place on Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18 from 5 to 9 p.m. at www.westfestchicago.com .

Support West Town's Small Businesses
From July 15-22, West Town restaurants and retailers will offer #WestFestChicagoAtHome specials, discounts, and promotions! Peruse the virtual fest vendors and their limited time specials at www.westfestchicago.com .

Catherine Edelman Gallery is excited to open its doors with two exhibitions: the first artist collaborative exhibition in its 32+ history, “Photography & _____,” and Michael Koerner: “Hibakusha: A tribute to the 75th anniversary of the atomic bombings.” The shows open July 10 and run through September 4, 2020. To avoid crowds, the opening reception will be from noon – 8:00 pm on Friday, July 10. Many artists will be in attendance throughout the day.

Movies on the Mural
Every Wednesday in July

For the month of July, we will be showing movies on Eden’s mural wall (1748 W. Lake St.) every Wednesday, beginning July 1. Plan to arrive at 7pm and grab a spot in the lot. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Eden’s menu and additional items from concession stands. ⁠Movies starts at dusk (8:45pm) projected on a screen in front of the mural. ⁠Make sure to book reservations on OpenTable!
