Step up with your Link Sisters to continue the Walk for Healthy Living: 75 Million Steps Challenge. As we prepare for our Red Dress Event and Monte Carlo 2020, put on your pedometer or smart device and track your steps.

We are asking each Link to take at least 5,000 steps a day. For those members where walking might be a challenge, we still encourage you to move — even if it is just a few simple stretches while at home. Every bit of movement is a step in the direction of greater health.

Download the easy to use worksheet to start tracking your steps and keep an eye out over the coming weeks from our the Membership Committee about opportunities to walk together.

Download the tracking sheet below and log your steps!!! At the end of each month, send your totals to our HHS Co-Chair, Link Yolanda Holmes at yolholmd@verizon.net. Link Yolanda will compile our stats and send our chapter totals to Eastern Area HHS Chair each month, as requested.
We've got this!
