Founded by Jessica Bahrakis, the White Mountain Art Syndicate brings public art to northern New Hampshire through the NOCO Mural Project. The organization supports local artists with paid mural opportunities and annual art auctions, while engaging the community with walkable mural maps that highlight vibrant downtowns.
