Business Woes Continue
Indoor dining is still not permitted in NYC and about 100 in Brooklyn and Staten Island businesses are threatening a class action lawsuit against the city.

Meanwhile, other small businesses impacted by the pandemic are struggling to stay afloat. Gounardes and Brannan held a press conference demanding the Governor extends the suspension of commercial evictions.
Outdoor Dining Takes a Foothold
5th Ave currently has 31 establishments with outdoor seating. Through a partnership with the BID, local artist Nicole Stuart has transformed a selection of street side dining barriers into colorful murals. View our online map of locations here, or visit our new blog to see additional photos.
