OPPORTUNITY FOR MINISTRY
Thank you to those of you completed the "Opportunity for Ministry" forms that were inserted in the bulletins the past two Sundays. Doing so enables you to participate in the ministries at SOTH where you'd like to serve. If you haven't completed this form, they can be found on the usher's table as you enter the Sanctuary. Please return it to the church office or place it in the offering plate. If you have questions, email [email protected].
SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE
Let's hear from you
Whether you are a frequent or occasional participant of any of the ministries of the church, Shepherd of the Hills has made an impression on you. Jesus asked his disciples, "Who do people say I am?" and "Who do you say I am?" These are essentially the questions we are asking you, who do people say SOTH is and who do you say SOTH is?

Please take a few minutes to complete this 18 question questionnaire. Your answers to these questions will help our "Intentional Church Identity Team" create a strategy for our future hopes and priorities. Your answers are anonymous.
