THE SUMMIT FOR WOMEN IN TECH
While North Carolina ranks #1 in the country for the number of women in tech jobs, there is still lots of room for improvement. Join us for a one day VIRTUAL summit featuring candid conversations with female tech leaders where we explore gender bias, share our unique journeys, discuss how to shift the paradigm, and provide insights on how to advocate for change for now and the next generation of women.

The ‘Live’ job fair, utilizing an online platform, allows candidates to visit virtual hiring rooms or ‘booths’ to learn more about each employer and view job opportunities. Employers are able to customize a virtual hiring room to showcase their company/organization and available positions, connect via chat or zoom with candidates on the event day, access resumes for registered candidates, view reports on the individual traffic to their ‘booth’ and follow up with candidates post event.
