Our Second Sunday Social Justice Collection recipient for the month (will be collected on the third Sunday this month) of December is Highway City Community Development (HCCD). HCCD serves the historically underserved West of 99/Central Unified area by strengthening economic, physical, and holistic infrastructure through resident-led community development.
