The August Second Sunday Social Justice Collection will go to the Central Valley Air Quality Coalition . CVAQ supports environmental justice in the Valley by effectively creating awareness, educating partners, agency leaders, elected officials and community residents about the air pollution crisis, its health impacts on valley residents and the steps necessary to create change. .

THANK YOU from Citizens’ Climate Lobby Fresno. April’s Social Justice collection helped us send five people (including three students!) to Washington in June. They urged Congress to pass the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act, HR 763, which could reduce carbon emissions by 40% in 12 years.
