Meet the Team
Roy Kearse is President of the New York Certification Board and immediate past Chair of the ASAP Veterans Summit. He serves in multiple voluntary capacities at ASAP.
Elisabeth Kranson is the NYCB Director of Certification with responsibility for managing all aspects of professional certification. She is an Institute of Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Certified Credentialing Specialist.
Cathie Gifford is the Program Associate responsible for customer service, processing applications, maintaining departmental financial records and providing other staff support.
Doug Rosenberry leads NYCB's Certifications Development projects, including CRPA-parenthetics and the Veteran Supported Recovery (launching early 2021), leveraging a previous long-term career with OASAS and an expertise in professional, validated certifications.
Ruth Riddick is responsible for bringing NYCB's work into the community and providing comprehensive information and education services. She also manages the ASAP-NYCB Trainer Registry & Training Approval Program.
John Coppola (not pictured) serves as ASAP Executive Director.

All trainings delivered after January 1, 2021 must be approved for continuing education credits or they will not be accepted for renewals.
