Wellness Classes & Workshops

CWC is offering variety of wellness classes virtually. Please note:
- Registration to all classes closes at 4:00 pm the day before the class
- Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
- Class closes for log-in 5 minutes after the class starts
- An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before class.
- Registration in each class is only needed one time. You will be permanently added to the class roster
