What Are Librarians Reading?

Looking for:
Online Learning with Lynda?
What do college computer science students, technology and business professionals, self-publishers, hobby photographers and anyone looking to learn something computer-related have in common? They're all looking for Lynda.com*. And your library can get you access to Lynda for free with your library card!

Lynda offers a wide range of video courses with an emphasis on technology and business, from four-minute productivity tips to multi-part courses in programming languages, Photoshop and other technology tools. Watch as much as you like and pause whenever you want - you have access to Lynda's entire catalog at any time through the library's website. To get started, visit chandlerlibrary.org, hover your mouse over the purple Research & Learning tab, then choose lyndaLibrary under Online Learning. You'll need your library card and PIN if you're signing in from home.

Can't make it in to the library to get a card? We now offer eCards that allow access to our online resources, including Lynda! If you're a Maricopa County resident, you can fill out the online form to register for your eCard. See more at our  Get a Library Card page. eCard users can come in to the library at any time to upgrade to a full-access card that allows checkout of books and other physical materials.

Note: Lynda.com recently split into two products, LinkedIn Learning for individual subscribers, and LyndaLibrary for the library market. Chandler Library offers LyndaLibrary, which does not require a LinkedIn account.
