Library Card Sign-up Month
September is Library Card Sign-up Month, and it's the perfect time for students and adults alike to sign up for a Chandler Public Library card. Today's libraries are about more than books. They are creative educational spaces for learners from birth to high school and beyond. If you know of a Chandler resident who doesn't yet have a card, we've made it even easier for them to take advantage of Library Card Sign-up Month.

Chandler Public Library is pleased to offer eCards to our online users. Applicants who are Maricopa County Residents can complete an online registration form, available at www.chandlerlibrary.org/ecard, and receive an eCard number that allows access to online resources including research resources, ebooks, emagazines, Lynda.com and more. eCard users may upgrade to a full-access card (allowing checkout of physical items from the library) by visiting a library location and presenting a photo ID and proof of current address.

The Chandler Public Library, with more than 120,000 square feet of space combined in its four locations, is able to offer the above-mentioned services to the community, as well as many others. All library locations offer free wi-fi during business hours, as well as public computers with a variety of software. Library patrons can work on a school assignment, scan documents, or update their resume on one of the many computers available to the public. Offering a wide variety of resources and programs, the Chandler Public Library serves the community as a source of learning and entertainment for the whole family.
