Impacts of the Network at Cal State Fullerton and Chico State
We recently published two Impact Briefs highlighting how participation in the Network's Middle Leadership Academy (Academy) has supported Cal State Fullerton and Chico State in advancing equitable student success. At Fullerton, teams catalyzed campus-wide initiatives supporting triple-opportunitystudents and developed equity-focused faculty resources and onboarding programs for transfer students. Meanwhile, Chico State leveraged Academy participation to embed equity into campus policies, launching a student services portal, and redesigning high-impact courses using disaggregated student data.
