What’s New in 2025

Rose City (Welland)

With the rising popularity of Olympic Distance events, we will now offer this distance at Rose City on Saturday, June 21st.

The Swim will be a single 1500m loop in what we like to describe as “Ontario’s Largest Outdoor Pool” in the Welland Recreational Waterway. You’ll have your best swim of the year in Rose City with easy sighting and calm waters. Click HERE to preview sections of the course!

The Bike will be a four (4) loop course on Closed Roads right around the WIFC. Your friends and family will have plenty of great spectating opportunities while you ride! 

The Run passes by the WIFC Grandstands four (4) times over the two (2) loop course.

K-Town (Kingston)

The 40th Annual K-Town Triathlon has moved up to July 20th this year. Click HERE to see how we have remained loyal to the event’s history and added space at the venue for everyone to enjoy.

Toronto Island  

We’ve remapped the early and later portions of the Run Course.  We’ve also moved the lap point closer to the Race Site.  You can another great spectator opportunity with a true 5km distance!

Barrelman Niagara Falls

We are proud to be celebrating 10 years since the inaugural Barrelman Niagara Falls all the way back in 2014! Barrelman has received glowing reviews from thousands of finishers and nearly all have recommended it as a great choice for a first race at the 70.3 distance. 

The race is close to home for those in Ontario, Quebec, and New York. Barrelman has a flat and fast course, and you’ll see lots of familiar faces to encourage you along the way.
