Experience Sound Bath Healing
with Josh Howell
Josh Howell is a musician/percussionist, sound and vibrational meditation facilitator, and yogi. He has toured in Europe and the United States. He first experienced a "gong bath" several years ago in a yoga practice. No pun intended, but it immediately "resonated" with him. "Sound has been a part of my life since my childhood. I have always been part of the universal soundscape through my music."

Josh uses gongs, chimes, singing bowls and other instruments to produce sounds that help allow participants to relax, quiet the "monkey mind," relieve stress, and achieve a meditative state through sound vibration. This is so important in our busy modern lives.

"Yoga and sound meditation or 'sound baths' have changed the quality of my life and I love to share this practice with everyone!" Josh has trained with "Crown of Eternity" Gong Master Mike Tamburo and continues to seek universal knowledge from this study and practice.

Josh has raised three children in Maryland and when not practicing yoga or "Gonging around," he enjoys playing music, being with family and friends, and finding more instruments.

Join Josh at Blueberry Gardens for a relaxing meditation experience that uses Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments to allow you to release stress and clear the busy mind. Often called a Sound Bath because you will be surrounded and "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations. Please come join us! No experience necessary.

2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Contact Josh for further information and to register at 443-324-6639 or congajosh@gmail.com.
