Welcome to Fall at Carnegie Hill Neighbors!

The months ahead at CHN will be filled with energy and momentum, and we can’t wait to share it all with you. To start, we’re excited to introduce the Cinema Club, unveil an updated patrol car to keep Carnegie Hill safe, and launch a new membership program with exclusive benefits.

Carnegie Hill Cinema Club: Ghost Town

Presented by Carnegie Hill Neighbors & House of the Redeemer

Friday, September 19, 2025 Doors: 6:30 PM Screening: 7 PM

House of the Redeemer - 7 E 95th St, New York, NY 10128

Free, RSVP Required

Join Carnegie Hill Neighbors and the House of the Redeemer as we kick off our new Cinema Club series! Step inside the historic Fabbri Mansion—now the House of the Redeemer—a stunning Carnegie Hill landmark, for a screening of Ghost Town, the witty and charming romantic comedy starring Ricky Gervais and Téa Leoni, filmed in part right here in our neighborhood at 1136 Fifth Avenue and other local spots. The story follows a cranky dentist who, after a brief brush with death, returns to life with an unusual gift: the ability to see ghosts—each one eager for his help.

Come for the cinema, stay for the community.

Introducing CHN’s New Membership Program

Participate in our First Annual Membership Drive

CHN is entering an exciting new chapter in what it means to be a CHN Member as part of our commitment to giving back to the neighbors who make Carnegie Hill so special. Starting this week, every annual membership will include exclusive benefits—like discounts on tours, invitations to special events, and access to local services—while making a direct impact on the preservation, beautification, and vitality of our neighborhood.

Becoming a Member by October 31, 2025 will help maximize your impact and help us provide the highest quality of services throughout the year. Thank you for helping us strengthen the community we all call home.

Just in time for fashion week, our Safety Patrol Car debuts its new look!

Carnegie Hill Neighbors’ Safety Patrol Car adds an extra layer of security to the neighborhood through regular patrols, offering both a visible deterrent and peace of mind for residents. Operated in partnership with Allied Universal, the patrol addresses quality-of-life concerns and supports community safety by responding to non-violent issues such as trespassing, loitering, noise disturbances, unauthorized parking, and suspicious activity.

Patrol car hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 3 AM; Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM. You can reach the car during those hours at 917.565.0027—be sure to save the number in your phone for easy access. *Please note for emergencies, always dial 911.
