Healing, Hope & Justice: An Advanced Conversation
MACA hosted its 14th Annual Conference on May 9th at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel and Conference Center and drew over 300 professionals in attendance.
Our conference is centered around one main goal: to bring accessible education on best practices and innovative methodologies for treating children who have experienced physical and sexual abuse to local law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates, Children’s Advocacy Centers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
This year, the conference featured keynote speaker, Jimmy Widdifield, Jr., who discussed best practice response for victimized youth who identify as LGBTQ+.
