WHAT'S NEW IN DEVELOPMENT

You may have noticed the recent change to how we handle AIM software patches. If you download an update and we release a patch, you will now see a red notification banner at the top of AIM informing you that a patch has been released. You will only see the patch banner notification if you have already installed the update the patch is for. If you have not installed the update you will continue to see the new update is available notification.
When you go to our download page you will now see a separate entry for the patch to download. The patch download link will also have a link to the notes specific to the patch. We also updated the main update, so you can either download the smaller patch zip file or download the main update installer.

When sending out phone notifications some customers may have a home phone, some a cell phone and some a work phone or possibly 2 or all 3 numbers. AIM will always send to the home phone unless you setup the system var PhoneNotificationOrder. Based on the setup order it will tell AIM to use the first valid number found. So, if you set the var to H|C|W then AIM will see if a home number exists first and use that, if not, then it will use the cell and if that is not found, finally the work number. (this also works via Podium integration)

Crazy to think it's just been a bit over a year since we all started hunkering down to try and figure out our new day-to-day lives, but during that time we've taken a good hard look at our training resources and revamped what we can to help you keep expanding your knowledge of our products and services. We've got some exciting things in the pipeline regarding Tri-Tech University, and one of the most important announcements is the re-opening of Tri-Tech's onsite training services! Starting immediately, a Tri-Tech representative can be scheduled to visit your store anywhere in the United States (international travel is still restricted at this time). We have new policies in place to make the process clearer to schedule and easier to plan. Give your account manager a call today for more information or to see about scheduling your session soon!

Active-e Updates
Active-e services extend AIM to web sites, mobile and 3rd party developers. The Active-e service offerings continue to expand as the needs of our clients grow and change.

AIMStorefront by Vortx
Update 1.31 was released on 3/16 – here are a few highlights
· Serialized inventory may now be sold on the storefront. Sell new, used, and refurbished products and display each serialized product’s own unique images. Help files
· AIM Gift Cards - It is now possible to pay for your order at Checkout using AIM Gift Cards (E-Cards) in the connected AIM Instance. Customer may also check the balance of their gift cards through AIMStorefront.
· Service Tickets/Repairs - Did you know that the option to approve service estimates online has been available? Now you can require a credit prior to estimate approval.
We’re continuing to review feature requests and are excited for all the changes coming! Keep a lookout, there will be more!

Casey Green has been working with Tri-Tech for 15 years. He started with Tri-Tech in 2006 as a Standard Customer Service Tech and a year later, moved up to Premium Customer Service Tech and held that title for over a decade. Currently, Casey is the manager for the Customer Service Department. Casey enjoys working with his Tri-Tech family and finds it continuously rewarding to be able to work together to help customers with their technical needs.
Casey has been married to his wife, Randi, for 16 years. She is a special education teacher at an elementary school. Together, they have three daughters, Lilli, Holli, and Karlli and a dog named Dixie. As a family, they like to go fishing, biking, atv riding, and vacationing. In Casey’s younger years, he competed in demolition derbies at local fairs and even won first place once. About four years ago, Casey rekindled his passion into a hobby again. However, this time, he would not get injured! He started working on a video game mod called Demolition Derby-The Fair Grounds. It now has over 160,000 downloads, hundreds of videos, and over 400 supporters in the professional derby community which continues to grow daily.
