We have been overwhelmed with the positive feedback and support from passionate people like you who are excited to support our OBX national parks. Thank you for making our official launch a huge success - and a special thank you to our local business partners !

With our launch last month, we announced our first two projects to support your parks: the Love the Beach, Respect the Ocean campaign and our Adopt A Pony program. We look forward to rolling out more project announcements in the near future - stay tuned!

So what's next?

Last week we welcomed our founding Board of Directors to Fort Raleigh National Historic Site for our first ever Board meeting. Our founding Board will be instrumental in shaping our budding organization and ensuring we build a strong foundation of support for your OBX national parks. We'll be sending out an official announcement to introduce you to these dedicated community members in the coming weeks.

We've also begun planning for two summer events you don't want to miss: the 20th Anniversary of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Move and One Giant Leap: 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing at the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Check out the details below and mark your calendars!
