When viewing a COD or Self Dispatch job in mobile, a user may be prompted to choose between one of two workflows:
“Appliance” a detailed flow with numerous device verification questions
“General” a streamlined generic flow applicable to any industry or job type
Based on new login requirements, if your user ID is no longer valid you will receive an error, and be instructed to log into ServiceBench.com, where you can update your user ID.
