Recreational Facilities Open Monday, Jan. 31st |

After being closed in response to public health measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, our recreational facilties are reopening Monday, Jan. 31, 2022, at 50% capacity at this time.
Please note that you will need to show your Enhanced QR Code Vaccine Certificate (paper or electronic version) and your photo identification for entry into our recreational facilities including the arena and community centres.

Notice of Building Fees & Charges Public Meeting |
Take Notice that the Municipality of North Middlesex will hold a Public Meeting to consider the passing of a by-law to adopt new and amended building fees and charges under Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, as amended, at the Council Meeting on March 2, 2022.
The report is available for public viewing on our website (linked below). Hardcopies of the report are available through a request to the Clerk which will be free of charge.

Welcome Cosy Country Kennel- Animal Services Update |
Effective January 1, 2022, the Municipality of North Middlesex has contracted service with Cosy Country Kennels in Parkhill, ON.
A service will continue to be available for pick up of dogs found running at large in North Middlesex, provided they can be safely detained at a location with a 911 address.

The North Middlesex Minor Soccer Association is looking for volunteers for this upcoming season! If you are interested in helping out please contact Sarah G at sarah@nmmsa.ca with the following position you are able to assist with:

The next municipal election will be held Monday, October 24, 2022. Candidates will be able to file nomination papers starting Monday, May 2, 2022, up until 2 pm on Friday, August 19, 2022.
Voting for the 2022 municipal elections will once again be conducted through telephone and internet voting in North Middlesex. Internet and telephone voting is an accessible, convenient, and environmentally-friendly way to vote, as well as being fast, reliable and secure. Clerks are responsible for preparing for and conducting elections, as well as ensuring privacy and the integrity of the vote.
Intelivote Systems Inc. will be providing the system for the 2022 Municipal Elections for all Middlesex County municipalities and is the same firm that provided the telephone and internet voting in 2014 and 2018.

Please remember there is no parking on municipal roads between 2:00 am and 7:00 am starting Dec. 1st till March 31st. This is particularly important in the winter to allow for snow clearing.
