2020-2021 Old Town
Neighborhood Guide
The Old Town Merchants and Residents Association is pleased to announce that in association with Town Square Publishing/Daily Herald Media Group, we will be producing a new neighborhood guide for Old Town.

The guide will be a valuable advertising tool for both business in the neighborhood and the community itself. Over 10,000 copies will be distributed to local residents door to door, and another 3,000 will be distributed around the city of Chicago in strategic locations such as the Visitors Center. The publication will also be on-line on our Website in the form of an Electronic Magazine and advertisers and will have interactive links to each advertising business.

As the main publication of the Old Town Merchants and Residents Association, we are very excited to create a new neighborhood guide. This publication is supported solely by advertising and is a special opportunity that comes once a year. Don’t miss the opportunity to promote your business for the entire year.

In the neighborhood guide, 2021 OTMRA business members will be given greater exposure, including more information in their business listing in addition to further discounts for additional advertisements. If you are interested in those discounts, please reach out to the OTMRA office by calling 312.951.6106 or email otmra@oldtownchicago.org.

Our representative from the Daily Herald is Kurt Kuras and he will be contacting you with the information over the next few weeks. You can reach Kurt at 708.790.4449 or e-mail him at kkuras@dailyherald.com.
End-of-Year Member Survey
As the end of the year approaches, we want to take a moment to touch base and check in with our members.

We value your feedback, and your input will affect the programs and services we provide as part of an OTMRA membership.

Additionally, the anonymous answers provided in this survey will help shape our planning (budget, programming) for 2021.
Only In Old Town Episodes Out Now!
The OTMRA is highlighting what makes Old Town special through the new Only in Old Town video series. Check our social media every other Wednesday to see a new episode featuring the businesses that make Old Town great!

"Elevated Art" Coloring Book from
Youth For A Better Future
For 6 weeks, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Stay At Home Order, the kids at YOUTH FOR A BETTER FUTURE, ages 6-12, embarked on a virtual creative and learning journey to create a Coloring Bbook and we are getting ready to launch it next month.

In a partnership with MOBICOLOR to interpret ideas from the young people at YBF on the topics of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), Health & Fitness, and Language and Culture, we illustrated an unparalleled Coloring book to empower, inspire, and motivate everyone.

Please reach out to Rachel Rubinson (rrubinson@oldtownchicago.org) to learn about sponsorship opportunities for this coloring book.
