Oakland Industrial Property Acquired for $40.5 Million

We recently acquired a 155K-SF, Class A industrial warehouse located at 8380 Pardee Drive in Oakland, California for $40.5 million. Constructed in 2012, the fully leased distribution facility features 8,000 square feet of cold storage, 30ft clear height, ESFR fire suppression and an excellent location adjacent to the Oakland airport.

Class-A Industrial Development Underway in Avondale, AZ

We’ve engaged The Opus Group to help us develop a 720K-SF three-building industrial project on 51 acres of land in Avondale, Arizona - a submarket of Phoenix. Groundbreaking for the Class A project is scheduled for October, with completion expected in summer 2021. It will include two single-loaded buildings of 162K and 170K SF, as well as one 390K-SF cross-dock building.

Bay Area Portfolio Expands With Industrial Property in San Jose

We recently acquired a 40K-SF industrial warehouse, located at 660 North King Road in San Jose, California, for $9.2 million. The property is located adjacent to a similar 87K-SF industrial warehouse we acquired earlier this year at 1800 Dobbin Drive. We plan to make improvements to the North King Road property next year.

Fully Leased Industrial Property Acquired In Phoenix

We’ve acquired a 164,486-SF, Class A industrial warehouse on 16.5 acres of land in Chandler, AZ for $38 million. The warehouse is fully leased to a leading global e-commerce company.
We were attracted to this last-mile warehouse opportunity due to the property’s infill location. This immediate pocket of Chandler has in excess of a million residents within a three-mile radius.

A graduate from Vanderbilt University, where he majored in Economics and minored in Corporate Strategy, Tyler brings experience from companies such as Ready Capital and Cushman & Wakefield. In his spare time he enjoys working out, reading Wikipedia pages and discovering new music. As a Caribbean-American, he has a natural love for the beach, warm weather and good vibes! He’s also an avid sports fan.

Heidi joins the Westcore team as Property Administrator. After growing up in Orange County, she moved to San Diego to attend SDSU, where she met her husband and decided to call San Diego home. She enjoys reading, walking, watching Netflix, cooking and spending time with family. She also has two cats, Buddy and Ditto.
