At this point, CCAC’s design and construction team are working with the City of Cincinnati toward obtaining building permits and zoning approvals that will allow construction on our new home at 3412 Clifton Avenue to move forward.
Our team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals are poised to begin work as soon as those permits are in hand. Phase 1 of the process will be the consolidation and renovation of the shared parking lot with Dewey’s Pizza off Hosea Avenue, followed by the construction of CCAC’s new facility. (Don’t worry – some spots for Dewey’s diners will remain open throughout construction.)
The complete timeline for both phases is around 14 months, meaning we still expect to open by the end of 2023. We will update our website regularly so you can follow along with our progress at
CCACNext.org.
We also continue to make significant progress toward our fundraising goal. To date, we have raised $9,299,040 – leaving a little over $1 million to go before the project is fully funded! We sincerely thank you for helping us get to this point. We owe it to all our donors, supporters, advocates, neighbors, and friends for helping to create a legacy that will last for many years and many subsequent generations into the future!
On behalf of CCAC's board, staff, and capital campaign cabinet, thank you again for being a part of this exciting journey! I look forward to welcoming you into our new home very soon.
Sincerely,
