The purpose of the project is to understand how people experience hope before, during and after participation in various human services in Canada, and to better understand and strengthen human service delivery. If you have experienced hope through participation in Wellspring programming, please consider sharing your story.
Self-Paced Webinars
"I started watching the online webinars to support my emotional needs. I now count on these weekly connections to support my emotional health. I really like being able to listen to the workshops online whenever I can. I also like being able to access the many resources which I can read on the Wellspring website. Knowing that I can access support has helped me feel less alone and more able to support my daughter."
