Welcome to the Popcorn Sale for 2025! As the sale continues, keep an eye out for "What's Poppin' Newsletters." These will keep you in the know and up to date on all things popcorn!

Our theme this year is "Pirates!" You'll see nods to this throughout our emails, trainings, and incentives. We cannot wait to get started! See below for items you can start doing now to prepare for this fall's sale.

Get Committed! This is currently being sent to all of our 2024 Unit Popcorn Kernels and any 2025 committed units. If you are still the kernel for your unit this year, please commit at the link below! If you are not the kernel this year, please forward to the appropriate person at the unit. We will send the first few communications to both 2024 and 2025 kernels but then will switch only to those who are registered for this year.

Important Sale Dates:

June 1 | Popcorn Playbook Live (Kernel Guide)

June 30 | Unit Commitments Due

July 1 | Online Sales Begin

August 20 | Initial Order is Due

September 5 | Sale Begins

October 27 | Returns & Transfers Due

October 28 | Final Order Due

November 20 | Any Payments Due

Storefront Reservations: We will be participating in the Storefront Reservations via Trail's End again this year COUNCIL WIDE! More information will be coming soon but please do not reach out to any stores for reservations at this time. Trail's End is busy reserving for us and if we try to reserve during this time it causes confusion with our stores.

Once our list is finalized from Trails End, you can follow up with stores that have not yet been asked.

Training: Trainings for this years sale are live! Please sign up to attend one of these in person or via zoom. This will give you information about the Trail's End side as well as Council specifics. Each training is expected to last around 2 hours.

Unit Program Planning! Ideally, your unit is currently planning for the 2025-2026 program year. Make sure popcorn is included in those plans! A couple of things to keep in mind:

What's the unit goal?
What's the per scout goal?
When is your kick off?

All of those help the program year run smoothly.
