Self-Healing With Qigong
About a year ago I felt my stamina was decreasing. More than 3 energy healing sessions per day wiped me out. A client of mine suggested I explore Qigong to see if I could improve the energy in my body.
I did!
It works!
Not only can I handle more clients per day, my body has become stronger in 2 ways: I haven't had so much as a sniffle in the past year AND I have handled a couple of crazy tumbles with no serious challenges. Watch the video for my latest "OOPS"!!!! -

It has become so evident to me that when energy is out of balance in our body it can cause a variety of problems. Some energy problems I've encountered are:

Trapped Emotional Energy
Toxicity Energy
Excess Physical Energy
Lack of Spiritual Energy

As an energy healing practitioner I've learned to identify out of balance energy for my clients and help them to facilitate healing in that area.
I've also learned that the more in balance my energy is on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, the better I'm able to help someone else.
I've had several clients who've been open to exploring how to keep their own body's energies balanced. We have found that as their energy self-healing progresses, the quicker the healing begins to take place as we work together.
