In order to address all the questions we get regarding our big November Art Show and Sale which is held in the Lawrence Barn on te first weekend of November, we have set aside our September meeting to answer your inquiries.
If you are participating as a vendor we will be able to discuss the requirements for your set up. The Lawrence Barn has certain rules we must follow and HAS has certain standards that must be met. We will go over them all so it's clear.
We will also cover:
- the booth arrangement and how to maximize your space
- dealing with credit card sales
- what to expect during set up and tear down
- how to appropriately price your artwork for this event
- food and beverage guidelines
- advertising and road sign distribution
- parking, etc
Now is also the time to sign up as a volunteer to get your membership volunteer hours completed!
