Last Friday night we had beautiful weather for the September edition of the Food Truck Pop Ups. So it was so great seeing a huge crowd turnout for the September edition of the Food Truck Pop Up, lots of smiling faces, kids, playing and everyone enjoying a Friday night outdoors.

Athletic Fields Closed 9/6/22 - 10/21/22 for Renovations

The athletic fields will be closed from 9/6/22 - 10/21/22. Brightview has partnered with the HOA to rejuvenate the fields. During the time the athletic fields are being renovated residents will not be able to use these fields, please plan accordingly.  Weather permitting aeration should take place next week.

Update on the Guardhouse Porte-Cochere  

Unfortunately due to the recent storm rescheduling of the final inspection has been delayed by the County. 

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as this project nears completion! the and installing installation for the underside of the roof.

Halloween Home/Yard Decoration Contest

Registration Deadline is Oct 17 at 10p

Voting will take place Oct 20-27

Details: Who has the spookiest Halloween decorations in Arden? This contest is for the front exterior/yard of your home. To enter please fill out the registration form using the action button below AND submit your ONE best photo of your house/yard to [email protected] Make sure to include your name and address so I can pair your photo with your registration.

Once registration closes we will hold resident voting to determine the spookiest house in Arden for a chance at fun prizes and of course bragging rights!

Trunk Registration

Saturday, October 29, 330-7p

Details: Helps us scare up a good time, and enter your trunk at this year's Trunk or Treat Spooktacular! Trunks must be set up by 330p the day of the event.

Dress up your car/trunk or golf cart and hand out candy to the children attending the event. Trunks can be a creative or festive as you like, we will be giving out prizes for the best-decorated trunks as well!

Attention: This is a great opportunity for resident businesses to promote themselves by entering a trunk as well. While you are handing out candy to Arden children in attendance you can drop flyers, business cards or literature in the treat bags as well.

Bring lots of candy and be set up by 330p as the event will begin at 4p. Register to enter a trunk by using the action button below.

Trunk or Treat Spooktacular

Details: It's going to be a spooky time at Arden! Grab the family, throw on the costumes and join us for an evening of thrills, chills, and friendly frights!  Enjoy the  characters, festive trunks, live music, and food trucks as you are scaring up the fun!

Youth Basketball Clinic

All Around Youth is back with another basketball clinic to begin Saturdays on October 15 through November 26.

Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are up and going again, will meet at the event lawn!

9am Saturdays

We are hosting Saturday morning classes, outdoors, in the event of rain the class will relocate to the Group Fitness Room, Studio Lake Flow Yoga.

$15 per class. All are welcome to attend!
