Palm Beach County School
Bus Stop Schedule Effective March 7
Great news! Follow the link below to view the new Palm Beach County School bus stop information and schedule. The new bus stop and schedule will begin Monday, March 7. Palm Beach County Schools will be opening an additional bus stop at Arden Park Drive and Tree Stand Terrace.
In addition there is a list of questions and answers below from the meeting between the residents and Palm Beach County School that was held on February 22.

Bus Stops and Parking
Please remember that parking along Arden Park Way and Tree Stand is not permitted as it impedes the normal flow and safety of traffic. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Irrigation Pump Update
This week irrigation pump #1 experienced difficulties and was down. This pump has now been repaired and is back in operation. Thank you for your patience.

Toddler Swing Repair Update
The toddler swing at the West Picnic Park near Tree Stand and Deer Haven is not operational. Parts have been ordered to make the necessary repairs but we are experiencing delays on delivery. We will keep you updated once they arrive and repairs are made.

Fitness Center Equipment Repair Update
We are aware the Smith Machine bar needs to be repaired and the parts and equipment have been ordered to make the repairs. We had been experiencing back order issues but the part has finally shipped, and once it is received by our vendor the necessary maintenance will be performed.

Pool Rules and Regulations
Florida law prohibits food and drinks, within 4-feet of any pool, splashpad or spa. No glass is allowed in pool area. Pool furniture is not to be removed from pool area or placed in the pool. Please return any furniture that is moved, to its original location after use. While using the pool area, please be courteous and dispose of your trash and debris appropriately. All residents and guests swim at their own risk while adhering to swimming pool rules. To see a full list of pool rules and regulations, please follow the action button below. Come unwind and relax as we celebrate Saturday the right way, with some great music by the lake . Bring your blankets and sports chairs to the lawn by the Lakeside Pavilion and enjoy the sounds of Twocan Blue. We will have food trucks as well to satisfy your taste buds as well as your ears.

Easter Eggstravaganza

Details:
It's Easter time and that means eggs, lots of eggs! The Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 1015a. So be at the event lawn by the Lakehouse to be part of the hunt. We will have designated hunt areas for the different age groups. Balloon artists will be here for the kids to enjoy, and of course the Easter Bunny himself will be joining us to meet the kids and help us kick off the Eggstravaganza! We will have food trucks in attendance to help with those post-hunt appetites.
Pinwheel Children's Phones is helping sponsor the Eggstravaganza. As part of their sponsorship they would like to give away a phone to a lucky resident on March 22. The phone will come with three months of activation. To enter or to learn more about Pinwheel please follow the action buttons below before March 22.

Ballet Classes
Our dance program will include PBT or Progressive Ballet Technique, the most modern dance program built to protect dancers from injury while at the same time developing muscle memory and strength, flexibility, enhanced core & posture. All this can help avoid preventable injury. Our dance teacher, Lilliana Vinueza, is a PBT certified instructor.
Our program is suitable for girls and boys alike, ages 4 and up. Classes are held in Arden Fitness room, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. You still have time to register your children.

Please note: PLAY Tennis is the only authorized instructor that has been vetted and approved to provide instruction on our Arden Tennis Courts. If anyone is not wearing a PLAY Tennis uniform and providing instruction, they are not authorized to give lessons here at Arden.

We are hosting Saturday morning classes, outdoors, in the event of rain the class will relocate to the Group Fitness Room, Studio Lake Flow Yoga.
$10 per class. All are welcome to attend!
