Remind me...what a soft launch is?

CreativeGround 2.0 is in its soft launch phase. Some changes to the platform experience are still in progress. You may notice some differences each time you return, and we’ll keep you in the loop as updates go live. Please let us know if you notice anything not working as it should that might need the admin team's attention.
Grow Your CreativeGround Skills: Media
A picture is worth a thousand words. No matter the kind of creative work you do, having media in your profile's gallery enhances your portfolio. Add representations of your work to the Image and Video Gallery by following the steps below.
screengrab of the profile edit view on CreativeGround: use the navigation sidebar to navigate to the Media section of your profile to add photos and videos.
Where do I add my profile's main image and other media?
  1. Log into CreativeGround and go to the Manage My Profiles tab on My Dashboard.
  2. Click Edit to make updates. You will land on the section called "Basic Required Information." Scroll down the left sidebar and select Media.
  3. Note that the media section includes:
  • Main Profile Image
  • Image and Video Gallery
  • Social Media links
  • Additional Content links

We hope that the site interface guides you smoothly through uploading media. If you think you'd benefit from a detailed how-to, please join the CreativeGround team for a webinar on April 20. Details below!

Psst. You will get a pop-up reminder to save your profile progress as you shift between sections. Don't forget to click Update Profile before navigating away from the Editing view.

Double Psst. Add at least three media items to boost your profile score!
Beyond the gallery...
  • For your profile image, use an image of you at work, a picture of your work, or an image that shows what your organization or business does. This is your first impression, so help searchers pick your profile from the bunch!
  • Have more work that is best shared in a written or aural format? Use the Additional Content section to supplement with links for non-visual examples of your work, like SoundCloud, Spotify, publications, video games, etc.
Bonus tip: Need visual documentation of your work? Search photography and videography services on CreativeGround.
