Join us for a 1-hour gentle yoga practice that uses a chair for seating and balance. Taught by Janet McAllister Faulls, a registered yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience in Philadelphia. All ages and abilities welcome. Please dress comfortably!

Dr. Kevin Shaddock, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and board certified geriatric clinical specialist currently working at Good Shepherd Penn Partners, will guide us to staying active through all life’s stages. Join the Philly Fixers Guild and the Free Library with a broken item for our Free Repair Fair! You’ll be paired with a Fixer and work together to learn troubleshooting and repair skills. Items can include electronics, clothing, and small household objects.
Guests must sign up for a slot at 10-11 a.m. or 11-12 p.m.

Our presenter is Dr. Jen Goldschmied, a licensed clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. There is a critical need for blood donations in the region. The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime. Can you help?
