Tee Off for a Good Cause at the 43rd Annual Villa Charities Golf Classic
Join us at the 43rd Annual Villa Charities Golf Classic on Wednesday, June 26 at the Wooden Sticks Golf Club in Uxbridge. This year's Golf Classic will include exciting new activities on course, from taking a shot against NHL Alumni at our “Beat the Pro” hole to indulging in authentic food from regions of Italy. Funds raised from the event will ensure Villa Charities can continue to promote Italian culture, provide senior care and deliver high-quality community programs and services. 

Summerlicious is Back at Ristorante Boccaccio
From July 5 - 21, Ristorante Boccaccio will be offering special, three-course, prix fixe menus for lunch ($23) and dinner ($33) as part of Summerlicious 2019. The lunch menu includes inspired dishes such as Insalata Rosa e Verde, Brodetto di Aspargi e Uova and Saltimbocca di Maiale. This Saturday, June 22 is your last chance to enjoy an afternoon of family fun celebrating the life of Leonardo da Vinci with our series of special Italian Heritage Month events! Tailored for kids, “Leonardo da Vinci & Friends” is an interactive show that recounts the tremendous impact that Leonardo had on the world of art and science. “Da Vinci’s Code Scavenger Hunt” will lead participants through the Villa Charities campus to obtain clues that will allow them to decipher Da Vinci’s Code!

Paint Italian-themed Still Life in “En Plein Air” Workshop
Spend the day painting outdoors in our “En Plein Air” workshop with Columbus Centre’s art instructor Sam Paonessa. Sam will demonstrate, provide helpful instruction, individual attention and constructive critique. Students must bring their own materials and easels. Make a splash this summer with the Columbus Centre Athletic Club’s aquatics programs! From Aquafit classes to swimming lessons for all levels with The Lifesaving Society Program, our many aquatics classes are sure to get you fit and staying active all summer long. Our dance programs at DanzArts Toronto are a full season, running from September 2019 to June 2020. On Thursday, June 13, our Independent Seniors’ Apartments hosted a special Father’s Day lunch for the residents. Organized by Centro Anziani, residents at Casa Del Zotto were treated to a delicious meal and enjoyed listening to Italian-themed music.
