On-Site Programs and Services Suspended
Under Current COVID-19 Measures
Earlier this week, the provincial government announced new restrictions that will require many closures and additional capacity limits be implemented in an effort to fight the current COVID-19 wave that is upon us. As a result, all on-site recreational and fitness programs are suspended for a minimum 21-day period, to January 27th at the earliest.
For Villa Charities and the Columbus Centre, this means that we are unable to offer
in-person programs, classes and events during this timeframe. The closure affects the following departments:

·        Cultural Events and Programming
·        Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery
·        Columbus Centre Athletic Club
·        DanzArts Toronto
·        Columbus Centre School of Music
·        Art Programs
·        Columbus Event Centre

However, we are moving most of our programs online and/or will continue to offer them virtually, as we have been doing throughout the pandemic. Some of our events have been rescheduled to later dates so that they can proceed when in-person activities have been approved to resume.

Please note that our Columbus Early Learning Centre child care facilities remain open and will continue to operate under the current provincial and local public health guidelines.

You can connect with us through social media (FacebookTwitterInstagram) for the most recent updates and continue to check our website. Current members and patrons will also be notified directly with updates regarding their programs.
We will continue to share information when the guidelines have changed. Stay tuned for updates!

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy and safe year ahead.
