REGISTRATION, OPEN ENROLMENT, AND SUPPORT SERVICES

The registration period (August 9 to 20) and the Open Enrolment Period (August 30 to September 20) are the busiest times of year. To assist as many students as possible in a timely manner, during these times, all of our staff will be offering assistance – both registration-related help and academic advising via telephone at 613-533-6708 (first year students) and 613-533-2470 (upper year students) on a first-come, first-served basis. Our phones are answered from 9 am until noon and 1 to 4 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

From August 9 to 20 we will also be offering a daily Zoom drop in session from noon until 1 pm to answer any registration-related questions you have. See more information below and join us.

Registration Pause (Paws) Day is Tuesday, August 17. Enrolment in courses cannot be done on this day to allow for course waitlists to be processed. Stay tuned on social media and follow #FASpaws for pictures of our Arts and Science paws (pets)!

During the week of August 23-27, between the Registration and Open Enrolment Periods, the Faculty of Arts and Science will be open virtually but with reduced services available. Academic advising will only be available on an emergency basis by phoning our main line at 613-533-2470. Many Arts and Science Departments will also be closed during this time. It’s time for us all to take a break as there will again be a pause in course enrolment.

Our regular academic advising appointments, email advising, degree quick checks and Friday afternoon Zoom sessions will resume after Monday, September 20.
