South Woodbury Neighborhood Preservation Program - Year 2
|
The South Woodbury NPP Stakeholder Group is requesting input from community members about projects and initiatives in Year 2 of the South Woodbury Neighborhood Preservation Program, which begins July 1, 2021. To accommodate everyone’s comfort level with the on-going Covid-19 Pandemic, there are a few different ways you can share your opinion;
- Complete the South Woodbury Neighborhood Preservation Program Year 2 Implementation Plan Survey.

Please view and complete the survey here. The survey will be open until noon on April 13, 2021.
- Attend the virtual Year 2 Implementation Plan Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2021
- The Year 2 Implementation Plan Meeting will be held on Zoom on April 12, 2021 from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. The earlier start time is in respects to Ramadan starting at sundown. There will be a approximately 15 minute presentation about Year 1 of the program, and the NPP Coronavirus Emergency Relief Fund (CRF) Grant Program, approximately 15 minutes for questions solely on Year 1 and the NPP CRF Grant Program, and the remainder of the time provided for attendees to share what their ideas for Year 2 of the program. All responses, regardless of the forum, will be shared with the South Woodbury NPP Stakeholder Group as they complete the Year 2 Implementation Plan.

2021 Dog and Cat License Renewal and Free Rabies Clinic
All dogs and cats must be licensed each year. Failure to do so will result in a fine. If you no longer have a pet please notify City Hall at 845-1300 ext. 115 so we can change our records.
Dog licenses cost $8.20 if it is neutered/spayed; $11.20 if not. Cat licenses cost $7 if it is neutered/spayed; $10.00 if not.
Free Rabies Clinic - While typically held in January, due to COVID-19, rabies shots will given to dogs and cats of Woodbury residents on Saturday, April 24th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the Friendship Firehouse, 29 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ. Due to the rabies clinic being held at a later date, a late fee of $5.00 will be added for each animal registered after May 1, 2021. Licenses will be issued at City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, which will be OPEN that same day from 9:00am to 11:00am, if you wish to obtain your 2021 licenses then. Proof of BOTH valid rabies and neutered/spayed certificates must be presented at the time of licensing at City Hall OR mailing in request. All information will be returned to you along with tag and license. You may renew your licenses AFTER January 1st, but not prior to this date. Proof of rabies vaccination must be valid through October 2021 in order to license your dog/cat.
Animals are not permitted in City Hall at any time.
If you cannot attend our free rabies clinic, you can attend any free rabies clinic in Gloucester County. Visit Gloucester County's website to view all the dates of the free rabies clinics.

The Library is open by appointment, Monday - Thursday from 1 pm - 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 2 pm.

One way that YOU can help US, is to consider what report you need to make and if it is something that you can fill out and report online without a police response. Those incidents that can be reported online are the following: Criminal Mischief, Harassment, Lost Property, Property Damage, Theft of Property.
