Louis Bay 2nd Future Municipal Leaders Scholarship Competition

The New Jersey State League of Municipalities has teamed up to offer three $1,000 scholarships statewide, through the Louis Bay 2nd Future Municipal Leaders Scholarship Competition.

Full details on the application process and contest can be viewed here. Application and essay are to be submitted to Mayor Sickel by April 2, 2021.

2021 Dog and Cat License Renewal and Free Rabies Clinic

All dogs and cats must be licensed each year. Failure to do so will result in a fine. If you no longer have a pet please notify City Hall at 845-1300 ext. 115 so we can change our records.

Dog licenses cost $8.20 if it is neutered/spayed; $11.20 if not. Cat licenses cost $7 if it is neutered/spayed; $10.00 if not.

Free Rabies Clinic - While typically held in January, due to COVID-19, rabies shots will given to dogs and cats of Woodbury residents on Saturday, April 24th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the Friendship Firehouse, 29 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ.Due to the rabies clinic being held at a later date, a late fee of $5.00 will be added for each animal registered after May 1, 2021. Licenses will be issued at City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, which will be OPEN that same day from 9:00am to 11:00am, if you wish to obtain your 2021 licenses then. Proof of BOTH valid rabies and neutered/spayed certificates must be presented at the time of licensing at City Hall OR mailing in request. All information will be returned to you along with tag and license. You may renew your licenses AFTER January 1st, but not prior to this date. Proof of rabies vaccination must be valid through October 2021 in order to license your dog/cat.
Animals are not permitted in City Hall at any time.

If you cannot attend our free rabies clinic, you can attend any free rabies clinic in Gloucester County. Visit Gloucester County's website to view all the dates of the free rabies clinics.

The Library is open by appointment, Monday - Thursday from 1 pm - 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 2 pm.

Those incidents that can be reported online are the following: Criminal Mischief, Harassment, Lost Property, Property Damage, Theft of Property.
