Join Durham Chamber staff and fellow members to visit downtown Raleigh and state legislators. Ride the Amtrak or bus from Durham or find nearby public parking.
Day at the Capitol Agenda
Transportation Option #1
9:27 - 10:05 a.m.: Amtrak ($14+ roundtrip) from downtown Durham or bus (fare free) to Raleigh
10:05 - 10:30 a.m.: Walk, rideshare, or bus to First Stop
Transportation Option #2
9:30 a.m.: Drive or carpool to Raleigh
10:30 - 11:00 a.m.: First Stop: Coffee & Networking, The Daily Planet Cafe
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Legislative Visits, NC Legislative Building
12:30 - 1:30 p.m.: Lunch, Cafeteria at NC Legislative Building
1:30 p.m.: Event concludes; attendees take preferred transportation back to Durham

1:30 - 2:30 p.m.: Walk, rideshare, or bus to Union Station or bus (fare free) back
3:00 - 3:30 p.m.: Amtrak ($14+ roundtrip) to downtown Durham from Raleigh
