Public Policy Update from the desk of Bryan Fox, VP of Public Policy

Last night the County Manager presented to Commissioners her Recommended Budget – which included many exciting continuations and advancements in economic development, workforce development, education, and other Chamber priorities and will be discussed over upcoming meetings – and good conversations on infrastructure and other issues. The City’s process will begin similarly at their meeting on Monday night. As additional issues persist at the state and local levels, we will keep you updated but consider getting involved by helping fill a vacancy on City & County Boards & Commissions, and continue to reach out anytime.
