Power of Inclusion - Privilege for Sale
Privilege is the benefits and advantages held by a group in power, or in a majority, that arise because of the oppression and suppression of minority groups. Examples of privilege includes but are not limited to age, religion, ability, gender identity, race, class, sexuality, gender, and education. Understanding privilege required an active effort to see things from the perspective of other, underprivileged people.
Join us for a hands-on workshop featuring Torri A. Staton PhD, VP of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusivity, Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Triangle DEI Alliance, as she discusses the intersectionality of privilege and how to acknowledge our own privilege and other.

Mastermind 1.0
Purpose of a Mastermind Group:
A mastermind group brings together a small group of people who are motivated to take their business to a new level.
The desired outcome of the 8-week study is to increase your awareness and understanding of how to work ON your business to help it grow in a productive, successful way.
As we move through each lesson, we will bring together our ideas and opinions to shape and mold our understanding of the material in a way that is far superior to simply reading a book on our own. We will be combining all of our minds to becoming a master mind.

Robinhood
Our story began at Stanford, where co-founders Baiju and Vlad were roommates and classmates. After graduating, they packed their bags for New York City and built two finance companies, selling their own trading software to hedge funds. There, they discovered that big Wall Street firms were paying next-to-nothing to trade stocks, while most Americans were charged commission for every single trade. They wanted to change that, so they headed back to California to build a financial product that would give everyone—not just the wealthy—access to financial markets.
