Public Policy Update from the desk of Bryan Fox, VP of Public Policy

Tomorrow is Election Day, and turnout so far this year has been embarrassing…check out our election resources and go vote! Upcoming meetings we are monitoring include the County Commissioners today and City Council tonight and Thursday, many offices are closed Friday for Veterans Day, and Mayor O'Neal's Bull City Business Summit will be held next Thursday & Friday. As additional issues persist, we will keep you updated but remember that many of our priorities are shared by the US Chamber and NC Chamber at the federal and state level respectively, consider getting involved locally by helping fill a vacancy on City & County Boards & Commissions, and continue to reach out anytime.
