Tuition Support Opportunity for Provisionally Licensed Early Childhood Special Education Teachers Radford University and the University of Lynchburg are in a consortium which offers all the courses needed to fulfill an Early Childhood Special Education provisional license or the add-on endorsement. A student can also take additional courses to earn a Master’s Degree in Special Education: Early Childhood. The VDOE has awarded this consortium a grant to provide some tuition support for these courses. All of the courses are taught online and available to students across the state who wish to achieve licensure in ECSE.
