E3:Elevate Early Education has worked closely with The Hunt Institute to bring this important conversation to the forefront. The Virginia Kindergarten Readiness Program (VKRP) that E3, in partnership with UVA, the Virginia Department of Education, school divisions and policymakers launched in 2013 is a critical tool for teachers, schools, early learning programs and parents as we try to combat this problem.
