Momentum is accepting applications through April 30th for our 2021-22 executive class. If you work for an organization that has Momentum alumnae, you may want to check to see if there is an internal nomination process before you apply. Otherwise, we invite you to complete the online application.


With the combination of the 360° assessment testing, a personal leadership plan, co-mentoring, and expertise from top leaders, our curriculum is designed to:

  • Provide tools and resources to inspire and educate women to serve in leadership roles
  • Network these leaders to learn and work on problems together
  • Enhance the image of executive women in business and community
  • Attract and retain the nation’s brightest women to help solve business and community challenges


The following is the general profile of the target participant:

  • Holds a minimum of 10-years of high level professional or civic experience in her career and community
  • Possesses significant management experience
  • Demonstrates leadership in high-level projects or initiatives
  • Has a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
