Emmanuel’s New Re-Gathering Weekends
Life in Venice has a rhythm.
Some members of our congregation are here throughout the year. Others travel or live here seasonally.
Fall brings the beginning of school, the return of familiar routines, and the gradual return of some of our seasonal neighbors.
As more of our congregation returns, winter gives way to another season of reuniting.
And spring leads to departures and new opportunities for year-round residents to support God’s work through the summer.
Emmanuel’s new Re-Gathering Weekends are designed around this rhythm of our home – three intentional times a year when we come together to celebrate what God is doing through the people of Emmanuel, connect with one another and grow deeper in faith, and make a meaningful commitment for the next season ahead.
Our first Re-Gathering Weekend is Kick-Off Weekend, September 12-13!
This is more than an event. It’s an opportunity to remember that we belong to God and to Christ’s body, the church.

Saturday, September 12, 6:00pm (after worship potluck dinner)
Sunday, September 13, 9:30am (potluck brunch between worship services)
