October 1, 2024

Dear Friends and Partners:

As the seasons change and the year starts to wind down, October is the perfect time to reflect on our accomplishments and plan ahead. But why not mix things up this month with an unexpected "October surprise"?

For some, the start of a new fiscal year brings fresh possibilities. For others, the joy of Halloween sets the tone for upcoming holiday celebrations. And for many, it's a season of change, transition, and quality time with family and friends.

Whatever your personal October traditions, consider how you can infuse a little extra excitement and positivity into the lives of those around you. A new idea, an unexpected act of kindness, or a fun twist on your leadership style - the options are endless!

Take time this month to celebrate your team's wins, learn from any challenges, and start laying the groundwork for an amazing 2025. And don't forget to treat yourself too - you've earned it!

I'd love to hear about your own October surprise. Drop me a note and share your story - I can't wait to be inspired by your creativity and thoughtfulness. Here's to making this an October to remember!

Stay Max Fab,

Dave
