What's for lunch, DA West?

Every day students should bring a morning snack, packed separately from their lunch and not needing refrigeration. These will be kept in their backpacks until snack time, around 10am.

Students should also bring a large water bottle, labeled with their name.

For lunches brought from home, students have the option of refrigerating them if needed. Microwaves are available. Please label lunch bags with their name.

DA West is happy to support local restaurants with the lunch options below. Please note that food deliveries from restaurants outside the options below are not permitted.

NOWELLI

A kids' menu (menu enfant) is available for each day of the week from Nowelli, including options for Senegalese cuisine or European cuisine.

The meals are planned by a nutritionist and feature a protein, carbohydrate, vegetables and/or fruit for 2500 CFA, and an optional simple dessert for 500 CFA. Delivery is 250 CFA.

For older students and staff, you have the option of ordering from the adult menu, which starts at 3000 CFA plus delivery fee of 250 CFA.

Order by Friday for the following week. Please place a separate order for each person and use the student's name for the order, not the parent's name. Remember to include the 250 CFA delivery fee in your order.

Payment is made online at the time you place your order (Orange Money, Wave, Carte Bancaire, Free Money, E-Money, WIZALL).

SHADY'S GRILL

Shady's Grill has many years of experience providing delicious meals to students and their families around Dakar. They offer a large selection of wraps, burgers, salads, hummus, baba ghanouj and sides. Vegetarian options are also available. Prices start at 1500 CFA.

Order by Friday for the following week.

You will receive a bill by email each month. Please make your payments promptly by Orange Money to 77 452 6201 or to the front office with exact change in sealed envelopes, labeled with your child's name and "Shady's Grill".

GOUTAPIK

At Goutapik, dietician-nutritionist Gwladys Vivien and her team prepare two homemade menus daily, one of which is vegetarian. These balanced meals include a main course, side dish and a dessert. Homemade juice (reduced sugar) and snacks are optional add-ons.

Menus for the following week are posted each Friday and you can order throughout the week.

You will receive an invoice by e-mail or WhatsApp and you can pay by Orange Money / Wave / bank transfer.
