Advisory structure has changed a bit this year. This is a week at a glace as to what students are doing from 9:50-10:20, Monday through Wednesday next week.
In honor of the class of 2019, we would like to raise the money to cover all senior ads in the yearbook. We believe that all families should have the opportunity to honor their graduate in this fun and meaningful way, regardless of income.  Please pay what you can to make this a reality. Our goal is to raise $1000, the cost of the additional pages in all of the books, by January 2019.

Language Mentors Needed!

RHS's IB Career's Program students are looking for language mentors in the following languages: French, Somali, Spanish, Arabic and American Sign Language (preferably Somali Sign Language if we can find that person).

Any MPS staff member (or person willing to go through the MPS volunteer process) who has had some schooling in one of these languages, is willing to meet with a student 4 times over the next two years is able to be a mentor.

This is a great opportunity for you to engage with a student in a meaningful way, by supporting a student in their independent learning of a language and culture that interests them and you!

Email Nicole.Lamb@mpls.k12.mn.us ASAP for more details, if you are interested, or know someone who might be interested.
