Adaptive Rec Day 2019

Experience recreation from a new perspective. Join the Department of Recreation & Wellness for our Adaptive Rec Day on Tueaday, March 26th. Come by the Kaplan Center between 4pm-7pm to participate in a variety of adaptive activities including wheelchair basketball. CrossFit classes, adaptive climbing and several more. Our featured speaker is Steph Hammerman, Nike's first female adaptive athlete and CrossFit Coach.
A Week at The G
Join us in showing what its like to be a Spartan! For one week March 31 through April 6 UNCG will tell its story in a bold, collaborative way. A Week at the G expands upon the popular Day in the Life concept by showing what its like to be a Spartan over the course of an entire week. Students are encouraged to submit photos online that week or share on social media using the hashtags #AWeekattheG and #UNCGWay.
